The Prime Minister has approved a protocol on oil and gas cooperation between Vietnamese and Angolan which was signed by the two sides in the Angolan capital of Luanda on April 3, 2008.

The PM also asked the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in collaboration with relevant agencies, to be responsible for implementing the protocol./.
